My Story
Approximate weight: 39 LBS; Peebo is a friendly, outgoing female pit bull with a confident and curious nature. According to our volunteers, she walks well on leash, takes treats gently, and knows how to sit on command. She enjoys being petted and is very comfortable engaging with people. Peebo has served as an office dog, where she happily met a variety of staff and volunteers, and she has also participated in our doggie daycation program; showing she's comfortable getting out and about. In the play yards, she loves to use her nose, spending her time sniffing, exploring, and taking in all the interesting scents around her. Peebo came to the shelter when her previous family's living situation changed and they could no longer care for her. She has been patiently waiting since September for her second chance at a loving home. All she wants is a family to call her own again. Bonus fun fact: Peebo is a BIG fan of puppy patties from In-N-Out 🍔.
