IVHS & SPCA to offer free pet wellness to dogs and cats living in Pomona’s Central District

Pomona, CA, July 15, 2015— The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is set to introduce its Healthy Pets Resource Program (HPRP) to pet owners living in the Central District of Pomona on September 1st, 2015. The Central District is a neighborhood that IVHS hopes to help with this fully funded program.

NBC4 Southern California and Telemundo 52 Announce Clear the Shelters

On this national day of action, participating animal shelters in Southern California will offer a reduced adoption fee of $20, and open their doors from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Local sponsor VCA Animal Hospitals will have their expert veterinarians and healthcare teams on-site, and all pets adopted during the event will receive a limited health guarantee and a gift bag filled with pet essentials.

“Dog Leg Classic” Set for Sept. 21

Clean your clubs, practice your swing, and hope for a hole-in-one….because the stray and homeless animals at the Inland Valley Humane Society and S.P.C.A. are counting on you to compete in the 27th Annual “Dog Leg Classic” golf tournament.  The four-person scramble fundraiser will be held on Mon., Sept. 21 at the Western Hills Golf & Country Club located at 1800 Carbon Canyon Road in Chino Hills.

The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA Partners with Wal-Mart to Get to Zero

 

Diamond Bar, July 8, 2015 —The Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A and the Wal-Mart Foundation came together to celebrate the opening of the newest Diamond Bar location. City leaders and community members were on hand at the ribbon cutting ceremony which took place at 1180 S. Diamond Bar Blvd.
