The Big Meow, a low-cost spay and neuter program, is offered to the community as a start to finding a solution for cat overpopulation.
Signups for our Big Meow can be made by filling out a Spay/Neuter Appointment Request Form below to request a spay/neuter appointment.
Spay and Neuter for cats
The Big Meow is open to residents of the following cities: Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, San Dimas, La Habra, and the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County including West End, San Antonio Heights, and Mt. Baldy. (Must have proof of residency) Payment is required at the time of appointment scheduling and is non-refundable.
In addition to each low-cost spay and neuter, cats receive free FVRCP & rabies vaccinations, one month’s supply of Frontline for flea and tick control, basic medical care at the time of surgery, and a microchip.

qualifying cats
- Cats must be 4 months – 4 years of age.
- Maximum of 3 per household.
- Owned, outdoor cats only (no feral wild cats will be accepted).
- Cats must be in a properly secured kennel or carrier.

We offer scheduled weekday Vaccine Clinic Appointments. Please read the requirements listed and fill out the form below. Someone will then contact you via phone or email to schedule a date and time for your appointment (please be sure to check your email regularly following the submission of this form).
A form must be submitted for EACH pet that needs an appointment
We are ONLY scheduling appointments for pets with a valid License Number! The person whose name is on the pet’s license must be the one to submit this form. We will NOT make an appointment for those who do not include this information.
