Walking as a TEAM is a great way to participate in our 11th Annual Dog Walk. We encourage TEAMs to raise funds for the animals at IVHS.

A TEAM is made up of a group of three or more people who join together. In order to be considered a TEAM, each member must raise funds for the event individually. Each TEAM member's funds are then reflected in the TEAM's total.

TEAM Leaders
Every TEAM must have a TEAM leader. As a TEAM leader, you will:

  1. Organize a group of friends, family, etc. into a TEAM.
  2. Give your TEAM a name.
  3. Register your TEAM name online and then make sure each TEAM member pre-registers before the walk. TEAM members may register for the walk either online or using registration form. (Each member MUST sign the waiver or agree to it online. Please no third party registrations.)
  4. Encourage all of your TEAM members to set up their own individual fundraising web pages in order to collect donations for the animals!
  5. Ensure that your TEAM members turn in any check or cash donations they receive.
  6. Record all individual funds from online donations.
  7. Don't forget to notify your fellow TEAM members where and when to meet at the walk!
  8. Remind each TEAM member that they must raise a minimum of $50 to receive a dog walk t-shirt.

Remember, the more money you and each of your TEAM members raise, the more prizes you will all earn!
